Surviving November

It’s the middle of November.

In my part of the world, that means rain, low grey skies, high humidity and shortening days. Mornings when (as our local radio host bemoaned) walking to work feels like struggling through Satan’s carwash. A great metaphor for 2020, really.

These are the kind of days when it seems that your best option to pass the time is to curl up on the couch with a cup of cocoa.
